Tom Marino is a Republican politician from Pennsylvania who served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 2011 to 2019. During his time in Congress, he represented Pennsylvania's 10th congressional district. Marino focused on issues such as healthcare, veterans' affairs, and drug policy, advocating for measures to combat the opioid crisis. He was also involved in efforts to reduce government spending and promote economic growth in his district. After leaving Congress, Marino has remained active in various capacities but has not held a public office since his departure.
And this Administration and the departments have been--the Justice Department has been accused of doing this, not being straightforward with judges.

Prosecutors should not be doing that, Government entities should not be doing 'I think you should not lend this company money.'
But, again, I don't care what Administration it is; there is, at this point, businesses are being so regulated that they are going out of business.
The rule of law isn't based on we do not like the way you are doing business.
I am confident that these agreements will do much to help millions of consumers across the country.
