I would say that we are supportive of everybody here on the panel to try to move our country forward.

I understand that Chairman Oberstar has a similar concern because the number has been whittled back.

I am dead on the need to invest in our water and sewer infrastructure.

Our infrastructure has just been completely disinvested and we need to step up those investments.
