Susan Wild is a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Pennsylvania's 7th congressional district since January 3, 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, she has focused on issues such as healthcare, education, and economic development during her time in office. Wild has also been involved in efforts to address the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on her constituents and has advocated for policies aimed at supporting working families.
Can we get some kind of more specific timeline that you expect that this very important issue for children who may be hungry at school, notwithstanding the fact that they are under the care of a relative, when this issue might be addressed?
We cannot just hold our adversaries accountable for humanitarian abuses, we must also demand accountability of our strategic partners.
Having said that, I have visited both of those schools since I was elected and I have learned from their administration about some of the challenges that the administration faces because in the face of constant decreases in funding.
The statistics on those two schools is that after graduation from the 2-year programs, 93 to 94 percent of their alumni are either continuing their education or in a career.
I am a representative from the 7th District of Pennsylvania, the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania.
These kinds of schools across the country, that are struggling so much to keep from raising tuition for their students.
