So the gentleman is telling me that the newspaper story here is wrong, that the Speaker was not saying when he said, ``a concession, that he was not making, a concession that hearings are going to take place.'' He is saying that that is a misstatement of the situation and that in fact this resolution is predicated on a good- faith belief that hearings will be held.
