I am disappointed that Dr. de la Torre defied the subpoena this Committee authorized and has chosen not to appear today.

This is a lifeline for older Americans and shows us the opportunity to help Americans without Medicare.

These are just a few, Senator Casey of the ways in which what we're hearing here is individual stories ladder up.

I am proud to say we have made some progress, though we have more ground to cover, much more to do.
