When we're approaching this topic--and there's a heated debate here, there's no question about that.

This is about taxpayers and it's about students.

We need to look very closely at how the executive branch--in this case the Department of Education--is spending taxpayers' money.

It seems to me they're moving in a direction to try to put more stringent requirements on the industry where there appears to be problems.
