You have had control of the House of Representatives, you control the Supreme Court, you control the United States Senate, you control the White House. What are you going to do? Seven million people in America are unemployed. There are 46 million Americans that don't have health insurance. The minimum wage hasn't been increased in nearly a decade. The gap between people who are wealthy and people who are poor is getting wider and wider. We have a war in Iraq that has killed 2,500 Americans, 20,000 Americans have been seriously injured, and a policy going in the wrong direction. You have a failed prescription drug plan, written by the prescription drug industry behind closed doors, that is confusing seniors. It is going to cost taxpayers $700 billion. Gasoline is $3 a gallon at the pump. {time} 1200 Global warming is threatening our environment and our health. What are you going to do? Let's have a debate about gay marriage again on the floor of the House. We are not going to debate an exit strategy in Iraq. We don't have a plan to lower the cost of gasoline. We don't have a plan to provide health care or to give American seniors the ability to buy prescription drugs at a low cost in bulk. Oh, no. Oh no, this is Tuesday in Washington in the House of Representatives, and we are going to debate gay marriage.…
