Since when is the burden of proof in this country on the person being accused? You have the obligation to provide a case before the Committee on the Judiciary, and you did not provide a single material witness in this case. Not one witness. And then they get up before this House and say the President had an opportunity to bring witnesses to prove his innocence. You had the obligation to provide the witnesses that would have proved the charges before this House, and you did not provide one witness.
