The Pentagon has refused, or has not yet provided that information. When is this Congress going to exercise its responsibility? Our troops have done everything that we have asked of them in Iraq. They have acted heroically. They have done their job. Now is the time for Washington to do its job and develop a strategy for successful completion of this mission. I do not know where it came, that coming up with an exit strategy somehow is something that is not in the United States' interest.…”
