I agree with lifting the ban. I also believe that as the Federal agency which is charged with protecting the markets, facilitating capital formation, and protecting investors, it is important that we look at those investor protection concerns as well.
Fitzpatrick supports lifting the ban but emphasizes the need for investor protection.
