I got my farmers asking for more workers and they have actually called me from Republican areas saying, 'Lou, we need more workers on our fields.'

It is time to secure our borders, enforce our Federal laws, and put America first.

I think that President Trump's commitment to getting an infrastructure package passed this year provides the perfect avenue to do that, whether it is through a gas tax, which I have consistently advocated for, or another user fee.

I am encouraged that President Trump has put a priority on enforcement and that the American people finally have a partner in the White House with their best interests at heart.
