It has been a frightening pattern by this President who continuously makes false statements about border security and immigration to the American public.

We as a Congress have failed by not enforcing the laws of our land and refusing to put the safety and well-being of the American people first.

I am always told we must have compassion for the person who breaks the law and comes to this country illegally, but rarely does someone speak up for the victims of this crime.

I am encouraged that President Trump has put a priority on enforcement and that the American people finally have a partner in the White House with their best interests at heart.
