The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division B (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available under title IV or title VIII of this Act may be used by the District of Columbia government to carry out section 47-4471, D.C. Official Code, with respect to the liability of a taxpayer under section 47-5108, D.C. Official Code (as added by subtitle A of title V of the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget Support Act of 2018; D.C.
