I want to change gears if I could to go back to something I heard you speak about on the House floor recently, and I helped vote and work for the bill that you introduced to save the Everglades. While the Everglades are not in my part of the country in the sense it is not in Pennsylvania, we, who have to be stewards of the environment and conservation for future generations, have to look at the country as a totality and try to help and make sure we preserve natural areas. So I have to applaud you for your leadership in having your legislation adopted, which will in fact make sure the Everglades are maintained in their present form. You might tell me further illustratively what was due to happen with regard to the Everglades for which we had the legislation come up to begin with?
