Do not you think these kinds of reforms that Congressman Gutknecht is talking about, and the ones you are talking about, are going to restore the confidence of the public in the institution so that more people will want to run? We will have the term limits, so we will have the infusion of new ideas and we will be more accountable back home about spending less?
