I think this energy plan is going to diversify us. We are far too dependent. Our largest dependence is 40 percent on oil. I think we need to lower that percentage, because we only have somewhere between 2 and 3 percent of the world's oil in this country under our own control, when we have 45 percent of the world's coal, we have a lot of our own natural gas, we are producing 80-some percent of our own natural gas without imports.
