I have not seen a copy of the bill, and nobody on this side has been able to explain to me what is in the bill. I know in an hour that it would be very difficult to explain the intricacies of a terrorism bill which would last for some period of time. Could you tell me the difference between the bill that the Committee on the Judiciary reported out and this particular bill that we are talking about here?
