Could I ask the gentleman, and he may not be able to answer this question, but could we not have gone to conference since the other bill was reported out unanimously? I just wonder, is there some reason that we felt like we had to take up the Senate version of the bill? Were there enough changes in your estimation that it warranted taking up the Senate version amended?
