Dear Congressman Greenwood, I never thought that I would come to this time in my life and find myself neglecting my health out of sheer necessity. I am a widow, 70 years of age. After filling out the prescriptions, my cap was met. I am in pain daily and I cannot correct this problem because of financial difficulty.
