I believe that the high level working group that has been formed and this notion of a vision for the 21st century gives me hope that in fact we can engage on these issues and advance the ball.

Our recommendation given the fact that we are a decade in and we seem stalled is that we move on.

There is no question there is a huge opportunity that simply has not been looked at, when we look at the scale of services in our economy and the opportunity that is there in a global marketplace.

There is no question that the markets are global and the professional services market is also global.
