Before the gentleman leaves, let me ask him if he has been able to figure out what strategy the President was pursuing last week when he suggested, in the face of the guerilla attacks and ambushes and assassinations of American soldiers, that our opponents should ``bring 'em on?'' Could any of the gentlemen joining me on the floor today tell me what they think the President's strategy was with that comment?
