I cannot believe it. We are here reporting to them through our deliberations on the floor that we actually fulfilled the promise that we made that day. And it was not just a wild political type of atmosphere in which we made promises as politicians. These were reserved and concerned public officials in Pennsylvania who one after another sought our help. Today we are delivering that package of assistance to the local township officials, local officials all over, not just Pennsylvania, all over the Nation, and it is a happy day for us.
