I must reiterate something that the gentleman from Colorado had begun to articulate. The support enforcement communities around the Nation, New York, California, Virginia and others, have stated that they are in full support of what we are attempting to do in 3150 with respect to the privatization of support payments. Here is a letter from the California Family Support Council, to which the gentleman from Colorado has alluded. We have a letter from the City of New York which thanks us for the provisions that we have in 3150 as to support, making it easier for them to collect support.
