Does the gentleman consider a person who is waiting for a heart transplant a consumer that ought to be protected and should have the benefit of a heart transplant and should have laws in place that will facilitate the flow of materials to the medical device manufacturer, who will eventually be part of the heart transplant device? Does the gentleman favor legislation that would make it easier for a transplant recipient to receive that transplant?
