Mr. Speaker, the public demands that we do something about child pornography, and the type that now has beset us across the Internet world is even worse than some of the expected child pornography that we have contemplated over the years. What we are doing here is not trying to overturn the constitutional questions that the Supreme Court used in its rejection of the last case, but rather, to conform to the standards that the Supreme Court has set forth in its very rejection of the first statute. So it uses words like ``indistinguishable'' and ``broad'' or ``less broad'' than the language that was contained in the first bill that was knocked down by the Supreme Court. It comes down to this: we want to protect everyone from sex pornography of all sorts, but particularly that involving infants and youngsters. So we have to do everything we can, and the authors of this legislation did everything that they could to make it conform to constitutional standards.
