We have to get to the root cause of our problem and you know, the why is the decision made to be able to seek that.
This is the public health crisis of our lifetime. There is not a zip code in Pennsylvania or across this Nation that is not impacted by this.
The best way to deal with an epidemic is to surround it and look at all the root causes and the different contributing factors.
It is stealing lives, stealing potential, stealing work force from our economy.
