And if people want to protect these rights, and continue to protect them, they're going to have to continue to vote for people, who veto this kind of bad legislation.

Well, I'll keep doing, what I've been doing, throughout my term in office. And that is to keep vetoing any bill that challenges a woman's right, to make her own decision. And I will continue to do that, up through the end.

At the heart of American exceptionalism is the idea that each of us is arbiter of our own destiny. We have that ability.

This is - they own this now. And, I think, it's going to be a bad thing, for Republicans, everywhere, including, in Pennsylvania.

But, I think, it does reaffirm the importance of the vote. We've got to vote. And as long as I'm Governor, Pennsylvanians' rights are protected.

We've had three million people registered to vote by mail. We have a record nine million people who have registered to vote in this election.

Don't trust the Postal Service. Don't trust whatever. Just go ahead and do it.

We actually -- and I say we, Pennsylvania has a Republican majority in the Senate and the House and Republicans actually got together with me. And we put together in 2019 the most dramatic change in Pennsylvania's voting laws in 80 years.

Voter intimidation is illegal in Pennsylvania. So I would not want to accuse anybody of breaking the law, but they have taken a very aggressive stance legally.

All right now, what we're encouraging and urging everybody to do is if they haven't sent their ballot in yet walk it to the election officer or Dropbox, but do it in person.

We're actually suggesting, encouraging people to walk their balance in right now. I don't think people should be waiting till the very last minute to send in their mail-in ballot. They should be doing it right now.
