The Clerk read as follows: Mr. Lamb moves to recommit the bill H.R. 1635 to the Committee on Education and the Workforce with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with the following amendment: Page 21, line 22, insert ``status as a recipient of assistance under a tuition assistance program conducted by the Department of Defense under section 1784a or 2007 of title 10, United States Code, or other authorities available to the Department of Defense or veterans' education benefits (as defined in section 480),'' after ``income,''.
