It's clear that Joe Biden is trying to appeal. I think to what he might see as persuadable voters. But it's important to remember that many persuadable voters are somewhat transactional.

This asylum system is broken. Most of these people come across the border are economic migrants. They are not legitimate asylum cases.

There's no path to victory for Kamala Harris without Pennsylvania, and Josh Shapiro, I think adds more value because he was very strong, particularly in the Philadelphia market.

I can’t find one Republican who thinks this is a good idea.
