I almost think it’s intentional that he is doing things to undermine his own party’s prospects in the upcoming midterm.

I can’t find one Republican who thinks this is a good idea.

This asylum system is broken. Most of these people come across the border are economic migrants. They are not legitimate asylum cases.

It's clear that Joe Biden is trying to appeal. I think to what he might see as persuadable voters. But it's important to remember that many persuadable voters are somewhat transactional.
