The President needs to get off this kick of declaring an emergency declaration. That would absolutely trample Congress' Article 1 authority, its Power of the Purse authority.

Well, it's pretty clear to me that many Republicans, particularly Republican leaders, they've gone full in with Donald Trump. They see it to their advantage to be closely embracing him.
