Again, I urge my colleagues to support this amendment that would provide $9 million for inward-facing cameras on Amtrak trains. This is absolutely essential, I believe, to helping us hopefully prevent and--certainly, after the fact--determine the causes of these types of tragedies when they occur. I wish we weren't at this point, but we need to do this. It is important. Amtrak wants to move in this direction. The National Transportation Safety Board has urged this for some time. And it is now time that Congress act. So, again, I urge a ``yes'' vote on the amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR (Ms. Ros-Lehtinen).
