Step one, cut taxes, mostly for the top 1 percent to the tune of $1.5 to $2 trillion.
How in the world does cutting student loans by $170 billion, and eliminating the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program in any way help families afford and pay for college?
The report that they released about a week or two ago citing declines in job numbers in a number of states, including in my own Pennsylvania, obviously that report is quite concerning.
