as we would have wished that there would have been at least one Republican that voted for the Clinton economic plan, there are times in which clarity on these issues is not as readily available. But I want to thank the chairman for all that he has done, and we hope that in this conference that we will do at least as much as the gentleman was able to get the House to do.
