I rise again in support of this amendment. I join with the chairman. I do note that this review has taken place at a number of universities, but none of these investigations have concluded and we don't know the exact facts. But we do know that young people on college campuses and in other circumstances are victimized. It is important that this program receive additional support. I thank the gentlewoman for bringing this amendment to our attention, and I thank the chairman for accepting it. I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR.
