Manufacturing is arguably the industry most affected by the skills gap.

During times of economic growth, small businesses struggle to compete with large corporations in attracting qualified candidates.

This lack of qualified applicants is commonly referred to as the skills gap.

Currently, the United States economy is improving, with relatively low unemployment and increased job creation.

At a time when pundits are claiming that our politics are broken--Republicans and Democrats can't come together on anything--here is a cause--here is the cause that Americans of all political stripes believe in.
