I have great concern if we do not reauthorize this and get it to the President's desk that we, in fact, could sunset and terminate this program. That is something that I am not willing to take the risk on. I want to remind my colleagues that there are no earmarks in this reauthorization bill and that I would encourage my colleagues to vote to continue ARC, the Appalachian Regional Commission's positive impact that it has had, extremely positive impact it has had on our region of the country that needs it.
