we support this amendment. It is a technical amendment. It makes a change to clarify the intent of the bill to ensure that appropriate public agencies in Monroe County are eligible to receive assistance. We support the gentleman's amendment.

America always does the right thing after it has exhausted every other option.
The United States is a world leader in aviation. We are also the world leader in innovation, and one of the sectors that I want to see thrive is the use of unmanned aerial systems.
