I believe that they fundamentally agree with me that the FAA is broken, and that--although it is a very, very safe system, the efficiency, the innovation, the modernization for decades has fallen behind.

If we make the system more efficient and drive down costs, that gives everybody more money to spend on taking care of those problems.

If we are spending 25 to 28 times more in CapX and we are getting very little for it, that is a real problem.

We are going to spend every penny from that Highway Trust Fund, because the users paid it and they deserve that back.
