I think the American people will demand and are entitled to that kind of bipartisanship.

I urge my colleagues to support the important steel resolution offered by Senator Specter.
I think they are not really a bill of indictment in a criminal proceeding; or it may be argued that a bill of indictment before a grand jury is judicial in nature.
