We don't always have a panel that is so much agreement. So really very pleased to see the consistency of both intention that we should repeal this SGR permanently, and replace it with a new payment system that does reward quality and outcomes, improved care, and cost containment.

We have made a commitment, Social Security to seniors and to their families, and we ought to start with the premise of absolutely sustaining it and making sure it's there for our current seniors and our future seniors.
I agree with Dr. Schrader, there are many of us who want to have a permanent doc fix and I hope we do that in Congress with the SGR.
