I represent Oregon's 4th Congressional District, and the BLM manages 2.1 million acres of O&C lands in Western Oregon.

I would like to know if you could put that in writing in this rule that, in the case of inconsistencies of FLPMA and the O&C Land Act, that the O&C Land Act will prevail.
