Due to uncertainty surrounding mail-in ballots and how they are processed by the U.S. Postal Service, (the Secretary of State’s Office) will be encouraging Oregonians to use ballot boxes to drop off their ballots instead of mailing them…

“We’re already getting reports about misleading mail going out to voters, so I want Oregonians to have the tools to be able to tell fact from fiction,”

We’ll pursue every legal authority that we have. We’ll work with our Department of Justice.
