Managing the availability and quality of this finite resource can be a challenge.

Access to clean water is essential to economic growth.

Wetlands can reduce the possibility of flooding by storing excess water after a heavy rain.

The goal of the agencies is to provide all interested parties the clarity that they need and deserve.

One concern that I have heard about from my constituents in the agriculture industry is that the proposed rule may lead to the regulation of any activity on a farm that simply has the appearance of affecting a water of the United States.
