The goal of the agencies is to provide all interested parties the clarity that they need and deserve.

Wetlands can reduce the possibility of flooding by storing excess water after a heavy rain.

Managing the availability and quality of this finite resource can be a challenge.

Access to clean water is essential to economic growth.

I want to follow up on the point about the opportunities. I don't think anyone would disagree that there are so many opportunities out there with technology.
