I find very concerning. The proposed rule and its implications on the EPA's statutory obligations warrant further consideration and scrutiny.

The proposed rule undermines scientific integrity, jeopardizes bedrock public health and environmental standards.

At best, the Administrator's testimony was misleading and at worst it was deliberately deceptive, and either is unacceptable.
