I believe that we need a well thought out constitutional amendment to require a balanced budget in order to make Congress do its job.

I think that we could improve on it.

Social Security should be put on a course of 75-year actuarial balance.

I strongly supported the balanced budget amendment in 1995.

Pelly can go beyond just a like sanction. It can go to other imports or imports from those countries.
