I say to the Senator, that is not the question. I got the bill, too, the same time the Senator did. That is not the question I asked. I asked, what in this timeframe would the Senator instruct me to do? I am happy to hear any new idea that gives me an option, and I am just asking the Senator, other than protesting this particular time and this particular action, which I agree with the Senator, but tell me, as chairman of the Appropriations Committee, what the Senator would do today.
