Whereas H.R. 841 and H.R. 931 were introduced to address the individual needs of each Tribe, I feel it is important that each bill be considered by the committee on its own merits and support and should not be considered paired.

They support and urge passage of H.R. 4293, the Restore Main Street's Credit Act of 2012, introduced by Subcommittee Ranking Member Kurt Schrader.
We urge Subcommittee members to support the bipartisan legislation, H.R. 1418, the Small Business Lending Enhancement Act.
In your new landscape NEPA analysis, it is going to take longer because it is obviously watershed-wide and trying to be more comprehensive.
I know your intentions are honorable and good and I don't want to be a contrarian. It is just that in the real world that I live in, in my state, where 1/4 of the land mass of Oregon is National Forest System, my communities are dying.
Would you agree that the constant litigation is a huge barrier to getting any of these management projects done in our National Forest?
One of the species I am most worried about in the forest areas is called the human species and rural America is slowly dying on the vine here.
I know you share my concerns for the growing fiscal imbalances in federal finances.
