I know your intentions are honorable and good and I don't want to be a contrarian. It is just that in the real world that I live in, in my state, where 1/4 of the land mass of Oregon is National Forest System, my communities are dying.

There was no school board. They ran around with some of our local tribes to try to get people to actually be pro forma.
That is ridiculous. That is ridiculous--asking to do the right thing, getting refused, and then, being billed for the aftereffects.
That to me is unconscionable and goes at the core of what this great country is all about.
